Highlighting the scale of the administrative effort, the DM noted that months of planning, inter-departmental negotiations, and strategic meetings have culminated in a multi-layered security and facilitation plan.
A Micro-Managed Transit Strategy
To manage the massive influx of travelers, the district has been divided into specific zones and sectors. This decentralized approach allows for real-time monitoring and rapid response to any localized issues.
- Zonal and Sector Officers: DM Bhadauria stated that three zonal officers and six sector officers have already been deployed across the district’s key checkpoints.
